Hughes is a fierce competitor with a good set of hands and playmaking ability. This is my second look at him and he really struggled in this game offensively. A lot of that is due to the fact he was dumping the puck in nearly every time he was about to hit the red line. It just seemed when the opposition would attack him while he had the puck he would default to just getting the puck off his stick...
