Zugan shows every indication of being a big riser in draft rankings this year. He could very well be among the top Russians in this draft class. He’s a well-rounded player, often looking like the best player out on the ice. His hockey IQ and vision of the play is tremendous. He can find his teammates with no-look passes, or across the ice.
