I didn’t love how Toporowski was utilized in this tournament by the Americans however he did show flashes of his capability. Toporowski skates with a wide stride and a strong base which allows him to play bigger than he’s listed. He doesn’t have great leg extension on his stride however he makes up for it with quick footspeed and I’d generally call him an above average skat...
