Roth plays in the slot area and has a real nose for the net with some finishing prowess but not enough to be considered anything close to high-end, its admirable that he plays in those dirty areas for being such a small forward and gives up a lot in size even at this level, I know the nhl is seeing a surge on smaller forwards but I just feel his size with put nhl scouts off.
