Eriksson Ek is not the goaltender who impressed me the most at the 5 Nations. He kneels down too early and tends to overuse the butterfly style. He commits first, bits too early to stickhandling moves and on occasions, he makes himself vulnerable even before the shots are taken. He plays relatively deep in his blue paint, wont challenge much what doesnt help him either to look bigger in his crease...
