Dergachyov seemed to be very hit or miss. Some shifts he was a real difference, while others he went completely unnoticed. Doesnt possesses any obvious elite skills but it is his size and use of that size that is of advantage to his game. He is solid defensively and is pretty aware, but nothing stands out offensively.
