Aube-Kubel had a nice, soft touch setup on he first VDO goal. Skating on second look is solid but unspectacular, strength in his legs with agility to match and excellent use of crossovers. As the F1 and first backchecker, he was a stabilizing presence all night. Really like this guy, I see him as a solid second round investment. He could be a heart and soul player like Chris Kelly or Nate Thompson...
