Mantha showed that he was a very intriguing prospect. He was rather invisible for some of the weekend, but when he was on, he was on. He is pretty good defensively. I was impressed with his gap control and his knowledge/awareness of when to close those gaps. He uses his long reach well to disrupt passes and players skating with the puck.
