I was pleasantly surprised with Darcys play during the game. He has a nice combination of skill and physicality to his game. He had a nice shot, even a couple while he was off balance. He has soft hands when it comes to receiving passes, either stationary or on the move. He also skates well. He even seems to have a higher gear when he skates with the puck.
