DeBlouw was probably the best forward on the ice, one of the few players who got better as the game went on. Has a knack for finding shots; creates space to put himself in shooting position, follows up on plays to pounce on rebounds, etc. Sturdy on his skates, able to make plays with defenders leaning on him.
