McIvor continues to struggle offensively. He was strong positionally and played smart at both ends of the ice. He was solid positionally, and aggressively down low and along the boards. His lack of progression offensively is the big red flag. He should be drafted based on his potential, but it will be based on his projection as a bottom pairing defenseman.
