A fast-paced forward who brings a lot of energy whenever he is on the ice. Pajer brings his full effort on both sides of the puck, he applies pressure and closes in on opponents to take away their time and space. He plays with some jam, throwing his body around and battling for loose pucks. His grit and high-energy playing style will translate well to any level, and could be more effective on smaller ice surfaces. Offensively he transitions well, he has good speed but can sometimes lose a step when he tries to carry the puck. Projects more as an off the puck threat, so he can focus on getting himself open rather than trying to drive play on his own. For a player who brings a lot of energy and jam he will want to add some strength so he can be more effective in the type of role that fits his playing style. Pajer will want to speed up his processing and his decision making to avoid putting himself or teammates at a disadvantage. A perfect role player who can bring a spark for his team by killing penalties or just being a nuisance on the ice, he could carve out a nice bottom-six role if he makes it to the next level.
