FCHockey releases Final ranking for 2021 NHL Draft

A big, physical forward with a shot-first mentality and the shot to back it up. He has a quick release with great accuracy and a lot of power in his shot. He plays a powerful game on offense, using his body and his strength to get into position to use his shot. While he’s mainly a shooter, he does have good vision with the puck on his stick and can make passes through difficult passing lanes. His effort waivers, especially when in the offensive zone. With his shot, if he could get open with regularity he would be a lethal shooting option in all situations but at times he lacks the desire to work into those dangerous areas and eliminates himself as a threat. He needs to improve his skating, he lacks the speed and struggles to keep his feet moving at times, not allowing him to create separation or to get back on the back check. He has the physical attributes that will translate to the next level, he has the size and strength that will allow him to be an effective player if he ever makes it that far. If he can increase his effort-level and find a way to consistently use his offensive tools to his advantage he could carve out a role for himself in the NHL.
