Nussbaumer added to CHL Top Prospects Game

Valentin Nussbaumer will join the Canadian Hockey League’s best NHL Draft eligibles at the 2019 CHL/NHL Top Prospects Game.

The 18-year-old will replace Dillon Hamaliuk of the Seattle Thunderbirds, who is unable to compete due to injury.

Nussbaumer, who helped Switzerland to a fourth-place finish at the 2019 IIHF World Junior Championship, has seven goals and 11 assists in 30 QMJHL games so far this season after being selected with the No. 4 pick in the CHL Import Draft.

The CHL/NHL Top Prospects Game will be played on Wednesday, Jan. 23 in Red Deer, Alberta.
