Top 2024 NHL Draft prospect Levshunov commits to NCAA program

Artyom Levshunov, a top prospect for the 2024 NHL Draft, is on the move.

Levshunov, regarded as potentially the top defenseman available for the 2024 draft, has committed to Michigan State University for the 2023-24 season, according to Nathaniel Bott of The Lansing State Journal.

The 17-year-old was a member of the Green Bay Gamblers last season, amassing 42 points (13 goals, 29 assists) in 62 games and earning All-Rookie Team honors in the United States Hockey League.

Levshunov projects as a potential top-pair defenseman who plays a 200-foot game and shows a great ability to read and process the play in front of him.
