Mostly a raw talent but he seems to have good defensive IQ. Extremely poised positionally. He never seems to panic on the defensive side to the puck. He does seem to allow his opponent some extra space when backing up into the defensive zone but otherwise is able to use his stick and reach to keep the attacker to the outside and on his toes. He didn’t display really any offense in this game ...
